Job Description

Candidate must be from Hotel/Resort Industry Only.


Managing customer relationship portfolio of the company & contribute in increasing the awareness of Customer Relationship Activities with customers to attract, retain and improve customer service.


Taking care of existing agencies and new agencies.


Review customer-complaint and suggestions and conduct regular online meetings with Resort staff to know there response.


Managing and handling escalations.


Plan, develop and Implement systems, policies and procedures for controlling customer service strategies/service standards for superior service delivery aimed at enhancing the image of the company and overall financial performance.


Contact Institutes for Group Packages 


Maintain corporate relations for Customize and new corporate packages.


Responsible for room selling.


Need to fix up the meetings with Corporate and Institute of Marketing person and take the reports accordingly.


Need to handle a team and submit their daily report and check the performance of sales and marketing team.




Requirements

Desired Requirements:


Candidate must be good in communication 


Pleasing personality and presentable


Good knowledge of Excel and word


Must be intellectual and able to negotiate


The Candidate will be sitting at Noida Head


Salary: 50% will be fixed and 50% will be Target Based.


Apart from Salary, Mobile Expense and Travel Allowance will be given as per the Company Norms.


Interview Timing: 11 A.M – 2 P.M.
