Job Description

• Team management of CWS BDM’s – coaching and leading the team on SKPI’s

• Engage along with CWS BDM’s with Admin and HR of large Corporates for positioning our in plant / onsite engagement themes and our online retail initiatives

• Guide and engage and place inplants sourcing population at Client HO and at plant locations

• Engage along with CWS BDM’s for sourcing business from this unit while maintaining the activisation of self and the unit (monthly output 10x the fixed cost)

• Engage along with CWS BDM’s Coordinating with fulfillment (Met Direct / Agency) for placing of resources at Client premises

• Relationship management – both Corporate and internal clients (fulfillment and other inter departmental)

• The position will also demand to work and guide the CWS BDM’s on the existing universe and discovering new blue skies, to work on improving coverage

• Adherence to regular MIS and reporting tools (Atlas)

• Tracking of ANP Logins and issuances vis-à-vis targets

Requirements

Competencies (Knowledge & Skills): Sales experience and Corporate relationship management

Knowledge : Retail Sales Basics, Retail Product Knowledge

Skills: Presentation skills, Relationship Management, Target Orientation

Criteria: Vintage – preferably 5 years of Retail sales & Corporate Sales experience

Educational Qualification : Preferable MBA
