Job description:
Recruiting & managing a team of 100 through branch networking and sourcing employee with the DM/DST background
Sourcing new life insurance business from existing clients base and reference market
Cross selling/upselling of multi products for tje existing clent base
Ensuring all compliances and mandates are followed
Ensuring high level of persistency & quality of business
Designing & implementing various marketing activities & events to insure smooth flow of data.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Life insurance is must
Minimum garduate
Age should be more than 30
Team handling experience is compulsory

Salary- As per company standards and last drawn salary of an individual
