1) Must have knowledge on ASP.NET(3.5, 4.0), SQL Server 2008/R2, Java Script, JQUERY
2) Should have skills to analyze new requirements or changes and implement the same in the existing application
3) Should have knowledge on IIS7 to publish application and issue fixing
4) Should have knowledge on three tire architecture
5) It is good to have knowledge of using Sql Server Profiler
6) Must have very good knowledge on extensive Debugging and Issue fixing on existing application by analyzing
7) Should have good communication skills and capability to guide fresher/junior team members
8) Good to have knowledge in any source control like SVN/VSS/TFS
