Sr. Business Development Manager ( Bench Sales) -US Staffing – Visakhapatnam.
Job Responsibilities:
Proven 3 – 7 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
Excellent track record of placing the W2 candidates.
Working directly with end client requirements like Tier1vendors/Implementation partners.
Having Direct Contacts with the T1 Vendors or Implementation Partners and generating new relationship with new vendors.
Excellent vendor management skills and email writing capabilities.
Should be a highly self motivated personality with aggressive sales approach.
Excellent communication skills.
