Job Description

1. To ensure successful implementation of 360 degree Financial Planning on individual level in the branch.

2. To Plan & Formulate strategies on business development activities and to share Market Intelligence with Reg office/Head office

3. To acquire new clients and to maintain existing client base.

4. To manage relationships and to generating business from TOP CLIENTS

5. To Impart continuous Training to RE/SR RE/Rm

6. To Supervise daily activities of RE/SR/RE/RM & to oversee overall Branch Administration and back office operations.

Requirements

candidate must be having at least four years of experience in handling team & sales of financial product
