Job Description :
1. Finding and developing new franchisees for the business
2. Generating leads and converting potential franchisees
3. Support franchisee in business development
4. Accountable for sales target for the region
5. Relationship management with existing franchise partners
6. Tracking Franchisee business growth
7. Provide training and information to the franchisee
8. Liaison with various departments like Backend Operations, Logistics, Category & Accounts
9. Will need to travel frequently to meet prospective franchisees/leads
10. Managing a sales team for the region

Qualification : Any degree, M.B.A will be an added advantage

Experience : 10 to 15 yrs, preferable in Food and Beverage
