Lead-Gen Executive Sales:
This is a great opportunity for a candidate with some sales experience (inside and field) looking to take their career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify new business prospects leveraging all channels (cold calling, networking, research, marketing campaigns, etc.) and develop strategic relationships with key decision makers/influencers for the procurement of solutions offered by STURDILY SERVICES.
– Engage with the prospects to identify their business drivers, objectives, goals, organizational structure, existing technology landscape and future technology needs.
– Work opportunities through the deal management process including leads qualification, first demos and RFP management process by coordinating with different parts of the STURDILY organization including but not limited to pre-sales, product management, client services etc.
– Coordinate business efforts with the marketing team and any other supporting party to qualify and convert identified suspects into leads, into opportunities.
– Increase and continually promote STURDILY in the market and act the point of contact for new business leads.
Requirements
Qualification & Experience: 12th passed, Graduate Fresher’s, 06 months to 02 year experience.
Key Skills: We are looking for Candidates with International BPO or Call Centre Experience, Experience in Sales, Lead & Demand Generation, Market Research, Digital Marketing Knowledge, Excellent Verbal & Presentation skills, Business Development, Leadership Qualities, Go-Getter & Positive Attitude.
Salary: Salary No Bar for the Right Candidates, 10 to 30 % Hike on C.T.C for the Experienced Candidates, Opportunity to Earn Good Incentives apart from Salary.
Shift Timings & Weekly Offs: Fixed Shift Timings- 06.30 P.M (Evening) to 04.30 A.M (Morning) as per U.S Timings.
Fixed Offs: Saturday & Sunday, along with International Holidays (as per International Calendar).
