Job Description

Position:-Operational Band (L9O)

Place of Posting:-
Taluka Centres in Devas, Indore, Bhopal district

Role And Responsibility:-
Form and coordinate collection centres and design and implement a milk route plan for cost-effective procurement
Organize milk producers into appropriate institutions to maximize procurement of milk
Conceive, plan, organize and structure milk procurement, pricing structure of payment and modalities
Monitor quality of milk procured with knowledge of field testing, milk quality standards and field equipments
Monitor quality of milk procured with knowledge of field testing, milk quality standards and field equipments
Conduct and supervise primary research in area for assessing suitability of area for milk procurement

Experience:-
Min. 3 years experience of village level procurement, forming village level societies/ institutions and in the training and guiding field staff responsible for procurement of Milk. Experience in Dairy is Must

Salary slab:-12000 PM, Travel extra on fixed basis
