Designation – Relationship Advisor

The Relationship Advisor will be primarily responsible for making outbound and

Working with and supporting the Center Manager and Marketing team to generate a

continuous flow of Enquiries at the Point.

•
• Handling telephonic and Walk-in Enquiries at the centre

• Following the defined sales process to convert Enquiries into members.

• Following-up with Enquiries not converted

• Meeting Sales and conversion Targets

• Maintaining various reports related to Sales and Accounts.

• In case call needs to be escalated, noting details and forwarding it to the seniors.

•

• Co-ordinating with the service team to smoothly handover converted members.

• Minimum HSC pass…. graduates preferred

• Minimum 6 months of work experience

• Familiarity with the Internet and the usage of computers

• Verbal communication skills in English and one local language (Local language depends on

location of the office)

• High level of empathy

• At least average writing skills

• Service orientation and listening skills very critical

• Handling irate customers

• Problem solving and objection handling abilities.

• Desired – two years experience developing the above skills. Experience must include some

customer-facing job exposure.

• Experience with Counseling is desirable.

• Strong local culture sensitivity

• Knowledge of more than one local language

• Clear diction and clarity in speech (nasal voice, lisps, stammer etc to be avoided)
