Job Description
• Training team members and new joiners about the process. Monitoring quality and productivity.
• Prepare and plan the training calendar
• Scheduling and conducting refreshers for tenured agents
• Imparting soft skills, V&A, communication skills training to the CSE’s and the Service executives
• Conducting Behavioral Training programs.
• Preparation and updating the process module as per the process requirement. • Ensure the timely updates and meeting quality thresholds and productivity metrics
• Training efficacy mapping every month on the basis of productivity, CSAT, Repeat & Quality scores of the associates
