Job Title: System Engineer-Messaging

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary

The System Engineer, Messaging position will be responsible for installing and maintaining Lync , Exchange and Office 365 across the organization. This position will also be required to assist with general server administration & troubleshooting as required.

Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Function)

Messaging

o Experience in a large-scale enterprise managed operations environments.

o Proficient in Exchange Server, Active Directory and LYNC.

o Must have good knowledge in Exchange 2003/2007,/2010 and Office 365

Good Knowledge on Exchange Migration

Good knowledge on Lync support

Exchange 2010 mail box administration

o Support of Exchange infrastructure Including Troubleshooting messaging issues (Outlook and Exchange) User provisioning.

o Excellent knowledge on Microsoft Exchange (2003/2007,/2010) and Active Directory

o Good understanding about Forest/Domain Architecture.

o Good understanding of Exchange Components:-

(Exchange Database, Outlook Web Access, Offline Address List, Mail Flow, Public Folders, Free/Busy)

o Backup and Recovery of Exchange Data , LYNC (2010) & Configuration information.

o Hands-on Experience with Installation of Exchange & LYNC , Maintenance of Exchange (Daily Monitoring of Logs, Disk Size, CPU & Memory utilization), Offline Maintenance etc. and Daily operations activities related to LYNC server 2010

o Good understanding Exchange Tools that will help in Troubleshooting, Monitoring and fine tuning of Exchange & LYNC

Exchange Best Practice Analyzer Report

Exchange Performance Troubleshooter Analyzer

LYNC monitoring scripts

o Comply with all required corporate change control and standard operating procedures.

o Provide Messaging reports to IT management on a weekly schedule….
