Experience:

• Minimum 1 year to Max 3 years Recruiting experience

• Experience with any one of the following: LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder etc.

• Good in writing Boolean keywords (search strings)

• Good in screening resumes

• Browsing skills.
