Educational Qualification:
1. Higher Secondary or equivalent.
2. A speed of at least 80 words per minute in shorthand & 40 words per minute in typing in English.
Desirable Qualification:
1. Degree of a recognized University.
2. Experience of working in a Government office or undertaking.
Age Limit: 18 to 25 years
