Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
– Supporting senior bankers in originating, structuring and executing debt financing transactions
– Providing analytical support to generate tailored funding and capital solutions for a wide range of growth markets clients
– Preparation of pitch books, working on Internal credit committee memos, CMAs, term sheets etc.
– Consideration of tax, regulatory, legal and accounting related matters, etc including interaction with experts.
– Expanding network with various PSU bankers, Private Banks, NBFCs.

JOB REQUIREMENT
– Experience in DCM in an Investment Bank with minimum 3 years of experience.
– Strong knowledge of fundamental and technical analysis
– Excellent presentation and communication skills
– Willingness to perform beyond direct job mandate
