Job Description

We are hiring for International non- Voice Process for BAND4 (ASSISTANT MANAGER) required with the following skill set:

Opening in BAND4 Level for NON-Voice process
Excellent Spoken English skills is a MUST
Ability to analyse and solve customer queries (INBOUND, NO SALES & NO TARGETS)
Lucrative Salary & Incentives (Rs. 3.4 Lacs – 4.0 Lacs Take Home + Free Pick & Drop with Security etc.)
6 days/week (1 Week Off s)
Free Pick-Up & Drop facility provided with Security Guard (As Per Company Policy)
Provident Fund, Gratuity, Mediclaim, Life Insurance etc. provided

Desired Candidate Profile:
Only Experienced Candidates with one year experience in voice process,
Graduates in any stream
18-45 years of age
B.E. & BTech are eligible
MTech, MBA(not under regular) & MCA (or equivalent) NOT eligible
Candidates should not be part of any Regular Academic course.
Willing to work in Night Shifts (Rotational shifts)

candidate should be graduate, atleast 1 year experience in voice process. and other relevant exp.
