Job Description

3 to 4 years of experience in QC Inspection, QC Documentation of all types of Valves and fittings equipments. Well versed with QC aspects related to international documentation standards – Shell etc. with monitoring of shell & seat testing.
Candidate should be able to verify all kind of test reports, inspection summary.
Knowledge of ISO standards will be an advantage. Specific capabilities – Should be familiar with procurement for Tube & precision pipe fittings; Needle & Gauge Valve, Ball Valve, Check, Relief, Bleed, Excess Flow Valves. Inspection of various components of valves required for valves assembly. Similar with the various testing standards used in valve testing like (API 598, FCI 70-2, API 6D & B-16.34).
Calibration of all type instruments as like as Pressure Gauges, Vernier caliper, micrometer, Dial test micrometer etc. Witnessing of all Mechanical and chemical tests as per customer specification. Having knowledge of ASTM, ASME & IS 2062.
Handling TPI & Client during their Visit on Shop floor for inspection. Preparing and maintaining the documentation and all test reports as per required by the customer.
Monitoring the forming & All Shop floor Activates. Knowledge of receipt goods to final stage inspection. Responsible for final inspection, in process inspection, raw material inspection, & repair section. Review of final, Visual & Dimensional Inspection reports (VDIR). Controlling sub-contractor peoples & painting & blasting works. Process auditing and produce of final.

Required Age: 24 to 30 Years.
Educational Qualification: Diploma/ BE/ Any Graduate.
Technical Skills: MS- Office & Windows 98.
Work Experience: 3 to 4 Years in Valve Manufacturing Industry.
Salary Package: Negotiable.
